We have in the region of 25 plots of building land
available at any one time. All the sites are carefully selected according to certain standards and criteria - i.e., each plot must have outstanding, uninterrupted views.

Even plots located in the vicinity of popular resorts
must have a high level of peace and privacy, yet still having easy access to the beach, shops, and Tavernas. All the Villas are built to an extremely high standard, having air-conditioning, swimming pool, jacuzzi and built-in BBQ. There are en-suite facilities to all bedrooms and fully landscaped gardens.

Land prices range from 25,000a for an 800 sq.m.
plot (1/5 of an acre), to 80,000a for anything between half and one acre, depending on location. Pool prices vary according to size and quality of finish, but pre-fabricated pools can be bought for a few thousand euros.
