International bank transfers

When transferring or sending money, there are two kinds of bank-to-bank transfer, normal, and swift. A normal transfer is supposed to take three to seven working days, whereas a swift electronic transfer should be completed in as little as two hours. It’s usually quicker and cheaper to transfer funds between branches of the same bank.

If you intend transferring a large amount of money, you should receive the commercial rate of exchange rather than the tourist rate.

We use specialist Brokers for these transactions, who offer a variety of services.
