As an organisation we realise the importance of face to face consultations, which is why we regularly invite prospective clients to join us in our private hospitality boxes at exclusive sporting events around London and Manchester.

These occasions provide an opportunity to learn more about our product - and, of course, our company - in convivial surroundings such as Stanford Bridge, Old Trafford, Belfry and Epsom.

Maintenance contracts

A Maintenance Contract provides total support for your Villa throughout the Letting season and the services offered include:

• Full programme of Pool Maintenance and Cleaning several times per week in season
• Garden Landscaping and on-going maintenance
• Cleaning and servicing the Villa at changeover between Lets
• Re-placement of breakages, at no extra charge to the owner
• Emergency call-out service provided by our designated local tradesmen to deal with any domestic problems - broken shower, blocked drain, etc.

We only build 5 star villas and apartments

We do not cut corners, only the finest materials are used in the construction, and the finish is always to the highest standard.

Interior design

As a company we pride ourselves on attention to detail, because it’s the small things, which really count, and can make all the difference.

That is why we provide an in-house service for the selection of all the fixtures and furnishings.

On one of your visits to the island you will be offered a consultation with a trained member of our staff during which you will be shown material swatches, tile samples, paint cards, furniture catalogues, etc., etc., from which you may design the scheme for your villa.
