Preparation of the sales contract

We then arrange a convenient time for all parties to sign the final contract and pay the balance of the purchase price. We can handle any necessary formalities, such as registration with the local authorities, and processing all necessary documentation for the payment of transfer duty, which is approximately 9.5% of the land value. We also appoint a Notary Public, a lawyer and a translator in order to check the deeds and draw up the contract.

A Maintenance Contract provides total support for your Villa throughout the Letting season and the services offered include:

  • Full programme of Pool Maintenance and Cleaning several times per week in season
  • Garden Landscaping and on-going maintenance
  • Cleaning and servicing the Villa at changeover between Lets
  • Re-placement of breakages, at no extra charge to the owner
  • Emergency call-out service provided by our
    designated local tradesmen to deal with any domestic problems - broken shower, blocked drain, etc

Interior design

As a company we pride ourselves on attention to detail, because it’s the small things, which really count, and can make all the difference. That is why we provide an in-house service for the
selection of all the fixtures and furnishings.

On one of your visits to the island you will be offered a consultation with a trained member of our staff during which you will be shown material swatches, tile samples, paint cards, furniture catalogues, etc., etc., from which you may design the scheme for your villa.
