The Berrimans Overseas Property Department specialises in dealing with the early stages of the client’s enquiry, from initial contact through establishing your requirements, supplying all the necessary information, Brochures, Price Lists, etc., right up to the point when a viewing trip to the island is the obvious next step, or to arrange holding deposits.

This is when Scruples take over. The information gathered by Berrimans is passed to Scruples who will then make all the necessary arrangements for your visit to Barbados, including booking flights and accommodation and providing a detailed itinerary for your time on the island.

Scruples will also supply any additional information regarding rental opportunities and financial advice, including mortgages, international currency transfers, etc.
