Progress reports

As a company we are aware of the need to keep our clients informed of the progress of the build, that is why we prepare regular reports, with photographs, which can be supplied on disc, or by e.mail, throughout the construction. All our building work is carried out during the period October to May, and, as we realise that leisure time is precious, it would probably be difficult for clients to make repeated trips to the island during this time.

The developer

We work closely with a local developer who has over 10 years’ experience in the selection of prime locations on the island of Kefalonia on which to build Quality Villas for Sale or Rental. Including all the legal work, designing, building, internal and external decoration and after-sales maintenance. Signing a contract with one of these well known operators can ensure a guaranteed rental for an agreed number of weeks per year.
