The viewing trip

What to expect on your viewing trip. Our Viewing Trips are arranged at a cost £300* per person to include pick up, and drop off at the Airport on Kefalonia, and accommodation on the island. *The cost of the trip will be refunded at the time of the final payment if a purchase is made. The standard Trip offers one full day of viewing some already completed villas in order to give you a feeling for the quality, style and size. We will show you a range of different sizes of villa, ranging from 80sq.m to 200+sqm. You will also be given the opportunity to view a selection of available land plots, all with sea views, from which to make your choice.

The Accommodation we provide is in the form of
self catering Apartments, all having cooking facilities, although we do provide complimentary tea, coffee, bread, wine and beer. The apartments are situated in the South of the island, close to the beach at a place called Lourdas. Obviously if your viewing trip coincides with the holiday season there will be a wide choice of Restaurants and Tavernas.

If you visit the island `out of season’ we have to
transport you to and from your accommodation for
Dinner this is due to the fact that there are no dining facilities at the hotel. If you prefer to be a little more independent you may, of course, book your own Hotel in the town.
 

Itinerary

Day 1 - Depart U.K. Arrive at Kefalonia Airport. Transfer to accommodation. Depending on timings, possible tour of area.

Day 2 - Viewing property and land. If the decision is taken to purchase a Holding Deposit will be required at this point. Assistance given with visiting solicitor, arranging mortgage, opening bank account, etc. Meet up for Evening Greek Meal, discuss what you have seen.

Day 3 - Further meeting if necessary.

Car hire

If you would like to do some independent sight seeing, outside of the arranged viewing schedule, a member of our staff will be happy to assist you with hiring a car.
